Fees and Pricing Disclosure

1. Monthly membership

SCHWARZMAN Membership: USD 19.99 per month, plus applicable taxes.

The membership renews automatically each month until cancelled.

The current standard membership includes access to the SCHWARZMAN application and, subject to eligibility and availability, the virtual payment card and other membership features described on the SCHWARZMAN website and in the Terms of Service.

2. Virtual payment card

Separate virtual-card price: USD 0.

The virtual payment card is included in the SCHWARZMAN membership. No separate SCHWARZMAN card purchase or activation fee is charged for the standard virtual card.

3. Digital-asset deposits

SCHWARZMAN deposit fee for supported digital-asset deposits: 0%.

A blockchain network, exchange, wallet provider or other third party may separately charge a fee for sending or processing a transfer. Any such third-party fee is not a SCHWARZMAN deposit fee.

4. Card payments

SCHWARZMAN fee on each card payment: 3% of the card-payment amount.

The 3% fee applies to each card payment, in any currency.

5. Cashback

Eligible card payments receive 1% cashback in SHOP Token, subject to program and transaction eligibility.

Cashback is credited after the underlying payment settles and may be withheld, corrected or reversed if the payment is refunded, reversed, charged back, fraudulent, ineligible or credited in error.

SHOP Token is a digital asset and its value may increase or decrease.

6. Holding rewards

Optional holding rewards do not have a fixed universal reward rate.

The current reward rate or maximum rate for the selected asset and holding period is shown in the SCHWARZMAN application before the user confirms participation. Rates are variable unless expressly stated otherwise and are not guaranteed.

7. Physical card

A physical card is planned for a later phase and is not included in the current standard virtual-card pricing stated above.

Any future physical-card price, delivery fee or related charge will be disclosed before the physical-card service is purchased or activated.

8. Third-party charges

Depending on the transaction, third parties may impose charges that are not SCHWARZMAN fees, including:

• ATM operator fees;
• merchant surcharges;
• blockchain network fees;
• exchange or wallet withdrawal fees;
• foreign-exchange costs; or
• charges imposed by another payment or service provider.

Where a third-party charge is known and required to be disclosed within the SCHWARZMAN transaction flow, it is shown before or as part of the applicable transaction information.

9. Taxes

Applicable sales tax, use tax, VAT, GST or another transaction tax may be charged in addition to displayed prices where required by law.

10. Price changes

Schwarzman LLC may change SCHWARZMAN pricing prospectively.

Changes to an existing recurring membership price are communicated in advance where required by applicable law or the SCHWARZMAN Terms of Service. A member may cancel before a changed recurring price takes effect.
