Schwarzman LLC operates the SCHWARZMAN brand, membership, customer-facing website and application, customer relationship and first-line support.

SCHWARZMAN is a technology and membership platform that gives eligible customers access to supported digital-asset payment and related functionality through independent financial and technology service providers.

Schwarzman LLC is not itself a bank, depository institution, card issuer or digital-asset custodian and does not itself hold customer private keys.

3. Third-party services

Card issuance, BIN sponsorship, payment processing, KYC/AML verification, wallet or custody infrastructure, digital-asset conversion, settlement and related functions are provided by independent third-party service providers under the terms applicable to their services.

The applicable cardholder agreement, issuer privacy notice and other provider terms are presented during the relevant onboarding, activation or service flow.

4. Digital assets and rewards

Digital assets can be highly volatile and may lose value.

SHOP Token cashback and optional holding rewards are not guaranteed investment returns. Holding-reward rates are variable unless expressly stated otherwise and current rates or maximum rates are shown in the SCHWARZMAN application before confirmation.

Digital assets are not bank deposits and, unless expressly stated for a separate protected product, are not covered by FDIC deposit insurance, a deposit-guarantee scheme or an investor-compensation scheme.

Nothing on the SCHWARZMAN website or application constitutes individualized investment, legal or tax advice.

5. Availability

SCHWARZMAN services are available only to eligible customers in supported jurisdictions and are subject to verification, compliance review, provider availability and applicable law.

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer or solicitation in a jurisdiction where the relevant service would be unlawful.
